We make assumptions that this element is within your control, if you make a change, this change is going to have a positive effect down the line on your profit.

We check back in with you to see if you have made this change and what impact has this made on your profit. Has it gone up as expect? If it hasn’t worked, we reassess and work out what’s gone wrong. If it has worked, we look at what else we can do to pull that trigger and push that accelerator down to ramp things up even more.
